Urgent issues can be resolved remotely. To do this, download the well-known TeamViewer program on your computer and connect to us.

Simosoft program training

A program training is often useful because a bundled transfer of know-how saves the user a lot of time and work. A program training is particularly useful when building up your own database. For example, when building up articles and dividing them into groups and categories.

An appointment must be made for training and service. You can request appointments by phone or email.
Urgent issues can best be resolved via remote maintenance (for example TeamViewer or AnyDesk).

Training on site or via remote maintenance is subject to a fee.

Simo Cloud

Simo Cloud is a portal that enables the simplest way to transfer images and files between producers and online shop operators.

User
As a user, you can view and download images and other files from the manufacturer (publisher). The images are divided into article groups. You can download individual images as well as all images in the group. The manufacturer (publisher) can also provide you with any files such as price lists, catalogues and order lists. In order to use the platform as a user, you will be given access data by the manufacturer (publisher).

Issuer
As a manufacturer (issuer), you can grant your customers access to the cloud. The manufacturer can change or revoke the access data at any time. In order to use the platform as a manufacturer (issuer), the access data will be provided to you by SIMO Computer.

Shop Backend

The Simo online shop backend is a portal for managing SEO information for our online shops.

Images and texts for various online shop areas can be entered here: article groups, categories, departments and independent posts. Furthermore, the product images from Simoart are optimized for the web and saved in SEO-compliant files.

Use of the Simo online shop backend is reserved for shop operators. They receive the access data for the online shop backend together with the Simoart license.

Simopass

Simopass is a web app where you can store your passwords and important documents as image or PDF format.

To use Simopass, you must first register. Once you have successfully completed registration, you will receive a PIN code, which you will need to log in to Simopass.

Access to this web app is via authentication with a user name (email) and password plus a PIN code, which was sent to you when you registered for the app.

In Simopass, all your data is stored encrypted. Communication with the server also only contains encrypted data. It is, however, possible to save a decrypted copy of the data on your device. Decryption takes place locally.

Update Services

Simosoft Update Service

Always stay up-to-date with Simosoft products; this is the only way to enjoy the full guarantee on the installed software.

The "Simosoft Update Service" is responsible for all updates. This service is integrated into all Simosoft products.
It provides information about the latest available update and enables its installation with one click.

As soon as a new version of a Simosoft product is available, you will be informed immediately by a speech bubble (bottom right of the screen). By clicking on the speech bubble you can see the new features and start the program update immediately.

Program Patches

In order to be able to satisfy customer requests in the short term, program changes that can be installed quickly and easily are required.

Program patches - this is what small program changes are called - are made available over the Internet and typically installed directly on the workstation PC (not on the server).

Program patches are part of the Simosoft Update Service and are available to you at any time.
